Our Mission
and Story
myNetworkHer is a youth-led organization created in 2022. We believe that mentorship should be accessible to high school students, more specifically those of gender-marginalized communities. So, we decided to reach out to accomplished gender-marginalized folx in STEM, in hopes of finding mentors. Our pilot program, which launched this June, was incredibly well-recieved -- both by mentors and students. We are so happy to bring myNetworkHer to you!

Morgan Young
Morgan Young, a 20-year-old Gen Z Content Creator, Speaker, and Technologist, boasts an 11k+ LinkedIn following and 2.7M+ content views. A former Disney Intern (Product Management, Enterprise Technology), she studies Computer Science & Engineering with minors in Math & Entrepreneurship at the University of Nevada. Passionate about diversity and inclusion, she advises NetworkHer, is a Strategic Advisor for a womxn-founded startup, and a Venture Fellow/Scout with Soma Capital & GenZScouts, championing underrepresented founders (women, LGBTQ+, first-gen) in tech, venture capital, and content creation.
